Eric Murphy is a filmmaker, and television writer/producer - including the short film Steel Valley starring Ed O’Neill, and writing/producing credits for History, CBS, Travel, and AHC. His previous editing work includes national commercial campaigns and short docs for Warner Bros., and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Murphy developed his fascination with politics during his tenure as Communications Director on Congressman Tim Ryan’s first campaign.
Born and raised in the "rustbelt" town of Warren, Ohio, Murphy grew up listening to local legends about mobsters and crooked politicians. A proud alumnus of Youngstown State University, Murphy earned a BS/BA in Film Marketing and holds a MFA from Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles. Murphy's debut feature documentary is based on notorious ex- Congressman Jim Traficant, released Fall 2016.
Jeff Alberini grew up in the Mahoning Valley, which is the borderland between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. He is a proud Alum of Howland High School and Kent State University. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Media Production and a Master's Degree in Education.
He is an accomplished video production professional with a unique combination of video field and studio production, cinematography, graphic design, print design, web design and motion graphics. He moonlights in live sports production for professional and minor league organizations as a Technical Director, Tape Audio Technician, Cameraman, Graphics Operator and Field Producer. He has a decade of secondary education teaching experience and is formerly an Associate producer at Youngstown State University in the Telecommunications Department on the Emmy Nominated show Homework Express.
